Quickly! What is this app about?
The core idea of the app is to provide all kinds of widgets. Such as a custom image or text that you can decorate your homescreen with. There’s also more interactive widgets like a countdowns to Christmas, your current battery percentage or a tappable shortcut to an assigned app. Finally there are friends widgets that for example shows each other’s location, a status widget where you can post what you’re up to or upload an image to show up on the other’s phone.
On top of that there are interactive features/games on the app (every single thing has a widget associated with it, but they’re optional). The two major features in my opinion are the pets and plants. You can even co-parent a pet with someone. And more features with a friend. For example there’s a button you can press to send each other “Miss You’s” which is simply a counter that resets every day, as well as a mood jar where you can write entrees about your day and how you’re feeling.
I will mostly be discussing the Pets and Plants here.

Basic rundown on Pets and Plants
Pets
You hatch pets from eggs. You get a weekly egg for free.
You can have solely-owned pets as well as co-parented pets that you share with a friend. There are some differences between these two types.
The solely-owned pets have a few more activities (you can bring them to your garden for example, which you can decorate with your plants).
The co-parented pets on the other hand live in a house that you share with that friend which you can decorate with a wide variety of furniture you can buy.
Both types of pets can also be outfitted with a wide range of clothing you can buy.
Plants
You grow plants out of seeds. There are flower seeds, houseplant seeds and fruit seeds. There’s no special difference between them, apart from growing different plants.
Once you plant a seed, you have to wait for it grow into a seedling, and then mature into a plant. While it’s growing you have to take care of it. The plant will regularly ask you for sunlight, water or weed/pest control. You can speed up the process with fertilizers. Once the plant has matured you’ll get a gift with some stuff you can decorate your garden with and the matured plant will no longer need maintenance ever again.
If I recall correctly, only if you have premium you can also also put up to 6 plants into a Greenhouse that will do the maintenance for you as well as give a speed boost on its growth process.
Finally! Juicy insights.
Once you reach level 6 with a pet you unlock a One-Year Premium for free. This is HUGE because it opens up a bunch of exploits for both Pets and Plants.
Pets
Once you unlock premium. The efficiency with co-parented pets won’t be affected as much. You will have an incredible advantage with solely-owned pets, being able to fill the daily 100XP meter without having to use up any resources (might be possible you will have to use up 1–2 resources if you’re a bit unlucky and/or not careful).
The 100XP activities follow this order:
Smart Toilet + Toilet Paper — “+” means you tap them at the same time
Smart Toilet + Soap
Candy Bowl + Garden Bus
Water
Garden Portal
Pillow
Music
(Dream Bed) — optional 11th activity in case you encountered a problem with the previous ones.
Sometimes it’s possible the “Water” won’t refill as usual. Also step 1 or 2 may glitch out and only give out 10XP when you do two activities simultaneously.
There’s a reason why the order is like this. You will realise that you can skip some cutscenes by doing these fast back-to-back.
For example in step 1 and 2 by pressing both activities at the same time you can play the cutscene just once.
Step 3 is a bit trickier, if you press Candy Bowl just a millisecond before Garden Bus or press Candy Bowl and start spamming Garden Bus, then you can completely interrupt the long halloween costume animation by the shorter Garden Bus animation.
Step 4 needs to follow asap after step 3 too. After step 3 as soon as you arrive in the garden, tap to return home immediately, then the option to drink water will appear before the animation of returning home. If you press the Water in that split second its animation will be overwritten by the animation of returning home a split second later.
Step 5 and 6 go by normally.
In step 7 as soon as you play Music to wake your pet up, you have to either start spamming the back arrow to leave the pet, or the Dream Bed option, this way you can interrupt the long Music cutscene too.
Plants
Once you unlock premium. Don’t worry about water, sunlight and weed/pest control anymore! You can just put your struggling plant into the Greenhouse which will automatically refill all of those meters, and then take it out. And repeat with every plant.
When you choose free items from the store, you can solely pick seeds and plant as many as you want.
Coins
If you have premium you technically don’t need to spend coins to reach your daily XP goal with pets or for maintenance on plants. But it’s nice to buy new clothes and house decorations for co-parented pets.
The Daily Spin is a bit buggy since it never seems to spin. If you simply press Spin you’ll only receive 5 coins. Instead you have to drag the wheel around as if you were trying to spin it, it won’t show it spinning but if you press Spin you’ll win a bigger reward.
The Watch Ads is totally worth it in my opinion, you can earn up to 400 coins if you watch 3 ads. It resets every 8 minutes?
The Event tab has a section Get Reward 1 where you can easily earn up to 450 coins per day. You basically post one of their templates three times on tiktok or instagram.
Choose a template, for example the “Pet Stories” template, there’s no efficiency difference between the templates. Once you’ve created and posted the reel once, you can just reuse and reupload that video instead of creating the reel with the dozen separate clips.
I prefer instagram because you can do another lil exploit there. When posting a reel, as soon as you press Publish you can press Draft. Then it’ll be simultaneously published AND drafted, which means you can easily go back to your drafts and reupload the same reel very quickly back to back three times.
Copy the link to your reel, paste it into the app and get your reward. Three times.
The Play Games are not worth it, in my opinion they take way too much time for little reward. I have no idea what the Free Coin Tasks entail about because it doesn’t open me.
Explain in great length everything this app has to offer.
You have regular widgets like:
Decorative widgets with custom text, image, icon or gif.
Shortcuts that bring you to another app by tapping on it. A specific app or contact information.
So-called “X-panels” which show a variety of information in a single widget like the current time and date, battery percentage, Wi-Fi connection, Bluetooth connection, the brand of your phone and storage space.
Fun battery widgets that change its appearance depending on your battery percentage.
Countdowns to a specific date or timers.
But also companion widgets that you can join with a friend:
Signal widget where you can send each other signals.
One that shows each other’s location and the distance between each other.
So-called “Pin it!” where you can send images or text on the widget of the other’s phone similar to Bereal.
Status widget where you can let each other know what you’re doing at the moment (pooping, eating, hungry, sleeping, etc.).
